A suggested reading list for a new AFRICA OSC – if you have the time!

This blog highlights articles and books that an AFRICA OSC is recommened to read before being an AFRICA OSC, or reflect upon during or after being an AFRICA OSC.  There are hundreds of articles on SFA particularly, so I’ve chosen the few that made me think as I read them. This is on top of the Green Book.
